Click & CollectAll products are available for Click & Collect
To opt for the Click & Collect option, process your sale as normal and from the postage options select your preferred store for Collection
Once you have paid for your order you will get a confirmation of your order, we will then send you a notification once your goods are ready for collection.
Collection is usually available within 24hrs but can sometimes be longer dependent on stock availability/location. Bikes are all serviced before collection so if you wish to use Click & Collect for a bike purchase we will get your bike booked into our workshop and give you a collection time and date.
0% Finance Cannot be used for Click & Collect. If you wish to process finance for a store collection of a bike or items please contact us on 01925 575 999
Due to COVID 19 we are currently unable to deliver any online orders. Please contact us in store for stock availability and click and collect alternatives.

Parts and accessories (smaller orders) are delivered via either Royal Mail First Class or UPS.
EASY HASSLE FREE RETURNSEasy 30 Day 'No Quibble' Returns Policy
We want our customers to have total peace of mind when buying from Cyclehouse. Therefore we have an Easy 30 Day 'No Quibble' Returns Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you simply change your mind, we'll exchange the product or issue a refund via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
The only thing we ask of you is that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it.
That means unused with the labels and tags still on. Please ensure that you package the item securely when returning to avoid any damage.
Please note the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges unless the goods are wrongly delivered or proved to be faulty.
For your own security and peace of mind we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Cyclehouse can not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
In the case of bikes or other bulky items please inform us in writing via email and we will arrange courier collection. A return carriage cost of £30.00 will be deducted from your refund. This may not be the case with potential warranty issues.
