All products are available for Click & Collect

To opt for the Click & Collect option, process your sale as normal and from the postage options select Click & Collect

Once you have paid for your order you will get a confirmation of your order, we will then send you a notification once your goods are ready for collection.

Collection is usually available within 24hrs but can sometimes be longer dependent on stock availability/location. Bikes are all serviced before collection so if you wish to use Click & Collect for a bike purchase we will get your bike booked into our workshop and give you a collection time and date.

DELIVERY - UK Mainland Delivery Parts and Accessories

If your item is in stock and ordered before 12pm, we aim to get any small orders dispatched within 24hrs. Bike orders are usually also dispatched in 24hrs. We will always keep in touch with you to ensure you know when your shipment is on its way.

Postage on parts and accessory orders under £50 is calculated at checkout.

For small items we use Royal Mail's 2nd class parcel service or Evri who both have a delivery time of typically 2-3 days from dispatch; Please note in some cases the item will need to be signed for, so please provide an address where someone will be in.

Parts and Accessory orders of over £50 total will qualify for free standard postage with either Evri or Royal 2nd class. This may exclude certain bulky or awkward items which will be calculated automatically at the basket screen.

Delivery - UK Mainland Delivery Bikes and E-Bikes

When you order a bike from us we will fully assemble and check and service your new bike, then carefully rebox and package it to be shipped to you. This will sometimes take a day or two to complete depending on the bike, but we will keep you updated.

However, When being repackaged for a courier to handle, we have to remove the pedals, handlebar and usually the front wheel - so some minor reassembly is required when the bike is delivered to you.

For Reassembly you may need a 15mm spanner for the pedals, and 4mm, 5mm and 6mm allen/hex keys for the reassembly.

When we send out a larger parcel such as a bike or trailer we use a next-day courier - usually DX.

For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot (a photo ID with proof of address will be required).

Outside the UK

We only ship within the UK and some locations are trickier to ship to, if you are in an area that is usually tricky for shipping please contact us before ordering and we can confirm if we are able to ship to you.

All the prices on our website and catalogue are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT, but VAT will be removed for international orders. Please bear in mind that you will likely have to pay your country's taxes, import duties and associated courier handling fees for any items. Call us on 01925 575999

AFTER COLLECTION

All products are supported by the assurance that Cyclehouse Ltd will adhere to any warranty commitments set out by the manufacturer of goods purchased in our store or through our website. Operating or using your product according to its instructions will give you a realistic return for your investment. You should realize that employing a product outside its recommended use or terms and conditions of maintenance may invalidate its warranty.
