The Whyte Sythe S Full Suspension Mountain Bike delivers the confidence and control you need for steep, rough and demanding trails in a high value, high performance package: progressive, proportionally-sized geometry and capable long-travel.
Quad-Link 4 suspension keeps the handling stable and predictable when speeds rise and terrain gets technical, while balanced performance makes climbing back up feel efficient and manageable. Tough, dependable and dressed in trail-proven components, with weather-sealed durability and MX (mixed/'mullet') wheels for clearance when things get steep, Sythe S is designed for real-world riding, and ready to handle both year-round abuse and the biggest days on the hill alike. The Shape.It Link flip-chip lets you fine-tune the Sythe S to match your riding style and terrain. Switch between the high and low settings to adjust geometry, slackening the head angle by 0.6 degrees and lowering the bottom bracket by 8mm in the low position. For maximum stability and a planted feel on steep, fast bike park laps and technical descents, run it low. Want a more responsive, efficient set-up for longer rides and big days in the hills? Keep it in the higher position for improved pedal clearance and all-day versatility.
The Sythe S is the base model bikes and comes with solid tried and tested kit. You get a 170mm travel Marzocchi Bomber Z1 fork and a 160mm Marzocchi Bomber Air rear shock. This is coupled with Shimano Deore 1x12 speed gearing and TRP EVO Comp brakes.
