Why choose the Tailwind?
At under 22kg thanks to a lightweight alloy frame and fork and including the easily removeable battery, the Wisper Tailwind is one of the lightest leisure/commuter eBikes available.
The Tailwind Comfort as it's name suggests very comfortable to ride. It boasts a semi upright riding position with an adjustable handlebar stem, swept back handlebars and ergonomic comfort grips. Wisper have also fitted a comfort foam saddle and wider shock absorbing tyres to this model to enhance your cycling pleasure.
Fully equipped with custom alloy mudguards, rear luggage rack, parking stand and built in lights, the Wisper Tailwind is ready for adventure.
The regular components on the Tailwind have been chosen for reliability and performance too. Shimano 8 speed gear system and hydraulic disc brakes are standard as are Kenda 27.5 x 2.2 high puncture resistance tyres with reflective side strip.
The electric power is provided by a high efficiency, 250W hi torque brushless motor coupled with a Lithium Ion slimline battery with either 360Wh or long range 540Wh.
Up front is a Wisper Back lit LCD display with remote controls for choosing the power level and other features like battery percentage and an odometer.
All electrical components have a 2 year warranty for your piece of mind and of course full service and after care is provided by the Cyclehouse team.
